What is C.A.T?
C.A.T (Cognitive Analytic Therapy) is an integrated psychotherapy which looks at patterns of feelings, thoughts and behaviours.
For many reasons we may have learnt certain patterns of behaviour from our past and upbringing to help us survive and cope with stressful or traumatic events at that particular time. However, these learnt patterns may be unhelpful to us today and can also affect our relationships with others too.
Together we can help you to identify and resolve some of the issues you may have, gain an understanding of how they have evolved in the first place, and enable you to make the changes you would like to see in your life, in a safe, non-judgemental and supportive way.
