Children's Clinic, Saturday Opening and Homeopathy

Homeopathy is now available at the clinic. It is being incorporated into aspects of usual osteopathic practice predominately in the acute stages of treatment. However, homeopathy will be available as an individual approach over the following months. For details ask Sandy, Mags or Suzie and they will be happy to give you more details.The clinic will be opening its doors on Saturdays, and we hope to have a number of sessions open. We will also be running a dedicated children’s clinic on the first Saturday of the month, where we will be advising on children’s health issues and addressing aspects of children’s well-being. An integrated approach will be used for this incorporating both Osteopathy and Homeopathy.

Acupuncturist Kim Latore is currently studying to specialise in the treatment of babies and children on the Julian Scott course (http://www.eyebright.me.uk) at the Reading College of Integrated Chinese Medicine.  She will be starting her clinic in March and will be holding sessions every Monday 10am till 12pm and Thursday 2pm till 4pm.  Please call if you would like more information or if you would like to make an appointment

As most of you know, Jacqui Whitmore our accupuncturist will be leaving to emigrate to New Zealand on the 22nd of December and we wish her the best for her future. Her place will be taken over by a local accupuncturist Kim Latore who will be available monday to friday to continue the service Jacqui started.

We will also be losing Rahael to a London based practice in January, so wish her all the best for the future. Her role will be taken over by Jennie Coles who specialises in cranial osteopathy and equine osteopathy.

Great news for Lucy who has commenced maternity leave as her baby is due on the 24th. We will miss her greatly here at the practice because she was a wonderful asset, but wish her the all best and hope that she will return to us in the future.

Russell Hawer and Rachel Ball have recently joined us. Russell has been practising in Bridport and Sailsbury and is now running our Bournemouth outlet as well as assiting here in Poole. Rachel has recently graduated from BCOM and has returned to Poole, her family home. We hope to be able to support her to establish herself here at Poole Bay.

Graeme has now established himslef in New Zealand and has therefore withdrawn from the practice. We wish him and his family every success in their new adventure. He and his family are returning to the UK for a couple of weeks in the summer to see friends and family and we hope catch up with him at this time.
